Covenant Hospice Offers Grief Camp for Children
The Children’s Support Services Department of Covenant Hospice is sponsoring a one-day grief support camp called Camp Monarch from 9:30 am to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct 5. This is a unique camp for children and adolescents ages 5-15 who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
This year, the camp will feature an “Nature and Animal Exploration” theme complete with activities, nature exploration and games tailored for different age groups, including therapeutic art activities, wildlife tour and animal encounter and much more. The camp will be held at Tallahassee Junior Museum and is free to all participants. The camp includes lunch and snacks for participants. The deadline for registration is September 26.

Covenant Hospice is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate services to patients and loved ones during times of life-limiting illnesses.
