2. Black Dog Café

Located on beautiful Lake Ella, Black Dog Cafe is the perfect spot for every nature lover. Open seven days a week, Black Dog offers both quaint indoor seating and a covered deck, perfect for those students who need a break from the indoors.  Black Dog also has seasonal specialty lattes and drinks of the day, and in addition to tea and coffee, they also have a large selection of warm baked goods. 3. Square Mug Café

Visiting the Railroad Square Art District? Stop by Square Mug Cafe while you’re in the area. Locally and woman-owned, Square Mug is the quiet study spot you’ve been looking for. Feeling hungry, too? Square Mug specializes in vegetarian and vegan cuisine and locally sources all of their ingredients. 4. Serenity Coffee and Kava Bar

Need a late-night hangout spot? Serenity Coffee and Kava Bar is perfect for both night owls and early birds. Open seven days a week from 9 AM to 1 AM, Serenity offers not only great coffee but also great ambiance. The staff inside are very friendly and knowledgeable about all things coffee and kava. 5. All Saints Café

All Saints Café is the coolest hip hangout sitting right in between FAMU and FSU’s campuses. Locally owned, All Saints has comfy furniture, free WiFi, and offers delicious vegan and vegetarian treats like their homemade vegan mac and cheese, which everyone must try at least once.
