Cleaver and Cork is Tallahassee Community College (TCC) Foundation’s four-part culinary experience featuring Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, which benefits the Foundation’s Athletics Program.
The Cooking Demonstration is an intimate culinary experience – created with the home cook in mind. On Thursday, March 4, watch James Beard Award winner and chef, Geoffrey Zakarian, live in action at the cooking demonstration featuring recipes from his cookbooks including “The Family that Cooks Together”, “Cast Iron Cooking: The Dutch Oven”, “My Perfect Pantry” and “Town | Country”.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions about Chef Zakarian’s journey in the industry, his experiences as a restaurateur and Food Network personality. Reception to follow featuring one of Chef Zakarian’s recipes and a paired wine.
**There will also be a virtual option available for attendees who want to participate from the comfort of their home.
